1) Smoking
The number one cause is smoking. Smoking a cigarette causes huge damage to your skin as well as life. Whether you have a smoking habit or is exposed to passive smoking, both leads to damage of skin. The wrinkles starts appearing and the the skin becomes dry due to smoking. Vitamin C, which is responsible for the healthy skin starts vanishing due to cigarette smoke.
2) Poor diet
Unhealthy diet or poor meal habits lead to early aging. Body regularly needs balanced amount of protein and nutrients to stay healthy and strong. A diet not rich in antioxidants fails to provide the accurate amount of nutrients to keep the skin healthy. Antioxidants play very important role in protecting the body from cells that destroy the free radicals produced by the body.
3) Lack of exercise
Having regular exercise will help in keeping your body fit and muscles toned. Research shows that people who do not follow a regular organized fitness regime will suffer from dementia in older age. Exercise has a positive effect on the skin of your face. It keeps you energetic and happy throughout the day.
4) Stress
When you are stressed, you take less care of the body. Keeping yourself busy all the time makes you away from the well balanced and healthy diet. Stressing is visible on your face and you can see it every time. Body has to release stress hormones constantly when you are under stress and due to this wrinkles will start appearing on your skin.
5) Lack of sleep
Lack of sleep or restless sleep makes you depress and this makes you feel tired every time. The first appearance of lack of sleep will be visible on your face.
